Mark Milne, P.Eng.
 
Mark Milne, P. Eng. proudly joined the team at Gerrits Engineering in July, 2009. He graduated from Civil Engineering at Ryerson University in 1994. In 1997, his licence to practice engineering was granted by the Professional Engineers of Ontario. Mark has been brought on board as a senior engineer to provide support in managing the growing company that is Gerrits Engineering.

With fourteen years of experience as designer in the construction industry, Mark brings forth a wealth of knowledge in some of the following facets of civil engineering:
  • Architectural and Structural design for residential and commercial projects.
  • Extensive experience in Fall Arrest and Life Safety engineering and testing.
  • Light gauge metal stud design
  • Agricultural Design
  • Heavy Timber Wood Design

Mark is also a registered member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geologists, and Geophysicists of Alberta, the Association of Professional Engineers of Nova Scotia, and the Association of Professional Engineers of New Brunswick. Along with professional designations, Mark is also an active member of the Barrie community as a volunteer in youth sports.
