Gerrits Engineering is a structural engineering / building design firm that was founded in 2006 by Frank Gerrits, P.Eng.  Based in Barrie, Ontario, Gerrits Engineering is licensed by the Professional Engineers of Ontario (PEO), the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta (APEGGA), the Association of Professional Engineers of Nova Scotia (APENS), the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of New Brunswick (APEGNB) and the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia.

As an industry leader in advanced BIM technology, we can produce construction documents to a higher degree of multi-disciplinary coordination than ever before.

When our completed construction documents are issued, our projects are fully integrated and realized as a complete digital model.  This digital modeling  process allows us expanded visualization and investigation into how the various aspects of the building systems are interacting with each other and, as a result, we can often identify and correct problem areas well before expensive construction changes arise.
