Electronic files are provided as a professional courtesy only and are subject to the following terms.

1. In the event of a discrepancy between these drawings and the official files on record at Gerrits Engineering, the official drawings on record at Gerrits Engineering shall supersede these file.

2. Do not scale drawings.

3. The contractor shall check and verify all dimensions and report all errors and omissions to the Consultant before proceeding with the work.

4. These drawings shall not be reproduced in any manner, in part or in whole, for any project other than that for which they were prepared.

5. These drawings and all design concepts thereon, are an instrument of professional service and remain the property of Gerrits Engineering.

6. These drawings have been created electronically. Manual revisions to these drawings shall not be implemented unless accompanied by written confirmation from Gerrits Engineering.

7. Manual or electronic revisions to the drawings are also only valid when initialled by the design engineer.

8. If you are in possession of copies of drawings that do not meet this criterion, please contact Gerrits Engineering immediately.
