Project Overview

Innovative Automation, situated in the thriving industrial park of Barrie, ON, is an impressive state-of-the-art manufacturing facility dedicated to the fabrication, assembly, and advancement of industrial automation systems and production machines.

As an integral part of the design-build team, we collaborated closely with Cowden-Woods, Innisfil Air, and Wallwin Electric to bring this visionary project to life. Spanning an expansive 62,000 sq.ft., the facility comprises a cutting-edge manufacturing space and a two-storey office area. In the second phase, we added a remarkable 22,000 sq.ft. warehouse dedicated to shipping the meticulously crafted machines, complete with a convenient storage mezzanine situated above the washrooms. This expansion enhances efficiency and streamlines operations.

We are immensely proud to have played a significant role in bringing this extraordinary facility to fruition. Through our collaboration and dedication to innovation, we have contributed to the growth and success of Innovative Automation. Together, we are shaping the future of manufacturing and automation.
