Project Overview

As part of the master servicing plan for the Belterra Estates subdivision in Alliston, ON, a sewage pumping station on Lorne Thomas Place was required to handle the sanitary coming from the houses in Phases 4 through 6.

In coordination with the developer, we provided design and contract admin services for the 1,200-sq.ft. sewage pumping station including 30’ deep foundations, an emergency generator and exhaust system, air make-up units to provide sufficient airflow so the space was “classified”, and process drawings for connection to the Town of New Tecumseth’s SCADA system.

As the project was completed for the Town of New Tecumseth, we coordinated periodic site visits with Town staff to ensure the building met their requirements, coordinated training for Town staff, and building turnover requirements.
