Collaborating with Cowden-Woods Design Build Limited, we proudly served as the Prime Consultant and Engineers of Record for a 12,000 sq.ft. shell commercial building, featuring an additional 6,400 sq.ft. of second-floor space over a potential arrangement of 6 individual commercial units wherein the possession of units is typically held by individual unit holders. The building consisted of structural steel super-structure on concrete foundations with minimum lighting levels and one rooftop unit for each potential commercial space. Ensuring seamless utility connections, the site incorporated municipal water and sanitary links, complemented by a sophisticated underground stormwater infiltration system.
