Project Overview

Nestled in the heart of Ottawa, the Overbrook Bingo Palace stands as the city's premier destination for an exceptional bingo experience. With their innovative programs, friendly staff, vibrant atmosphere, and mouthwatering food, they offer a bingo adventure like no other.

As part of the design-build team, we collaborated closely with Tamarco Contracting and Hi! Architects to bring forth an extraordinary transformation. Our role as the Engineers of Record involved overseeing a remarkable 10,000-sq.ft. interior renovation and the addition of an exterior ramp. This renovation not only aimed to increase the venue's occupant load to over 250 people but also introduced state-of-the-art electronic bingo machines, elevating the allure for both loyal patrons and new visitors.

Project Features

• Power Distribution for new electronic gaming machines

• New Washrooms tying into existing services

• Exterior Accessible Ramp

• Reusing existing mechanical units and reworking the ductwork for the new layout
