Working alongside The Aerarium Group, we were the Prime Consultant, providing Civil, Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical Engineering services for a 75,000 sq.ft. multi-tenant industrial building in the south end of Barrie, ON. The conventionally framed steel building sits on a shallow concrete foundation. The warehousing is heated with radiant tube heaters with roof top units for the offices.
