Alliston Veterinary Services

With a philosophy to provide excellent customer service and first rate pet care, Alliston Veterinary Services strives to create a relaxing environment for you and your pet. Established in 2004 Alliston Veterinary Services is a well established animal hospital and welcomes both emergency treatment cases as well as pet patients in need of routine medical, surgical, and dental care.

We were the prime consultant for this 4,900 sq.ft. interior renovation of an existing vacant space into a Veterinary Hospital. We provided Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Design Services as well as Overall Design Project Management and coordinating the Architectural-Subconsultant. The floor plan included two Exam Rooms, a Surgery Suite, X-Ray Area, and open and airy Reception and Staff area. The mechanical design included two new roof-top units servicing two separate HVAC zones. The electrical design included sufficient lighting levels for the Surgery Suite and enough power for the X-Ray machine.
