Apogee Apartments

Located in the enchanting community of Innisfil, Ontario, Apogee is a six-storey condominium development with both covered and open-air parking. Apogee has a modern design with high ceilings in each suite. The 47,250-sq.ft., 56-suite condo includes amenity space and commercial space on the ground floor. Of the 56-suites, 55 of them were designed as affordable housing, with the project receiving federal and provincial funding.

As the structural engineer of record, we worked closely with an external design and construction team consisting of ISM Architects, Inc. iSPAN Systems, and Wycliff Homes. The building shell is placed on concrete foundations and consists of an iSPAN Total Framing System. Reinforced concrete Form-Walls make-up the elevator shafts and stair walls. The exterior shell consists of brick, EIPS, and siding.
