Located in an industrial park in the south end of Barrie, ON, Innovative Automation is a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility used for the fabrication, assembly, and development of industrial automation systems, as well as production machines.

As part of the design-build team, we worked closely with Cowden-Woods, Innisfil Air, and Wallwin Electric for this 62,000-sq.ft. manufacturing facility and twostorey office space. The building was separated into two phases; the first phase was a 40,000-sq.-ft manufacturing facility with two-storeys of office space overlooking the high bay manufacturing facility. The second phase consisted of a 22,000-sq.ft. warehouse addition for shipping the machines and a storage mezzanine above washrooms.
