Patterson Park Condominiums

Located in the enchanting community of Beeton, Ontario, Patterson Park is a fourstorey condominium with covered parking. The project consisted of 30 high-end European inspired residential suites with 9-foot ceilings and no bulk-heads. The 48,000-sq.ft. condo includes 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom units, lockers for the interior parking spots, and spacious entries.

As the structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers of record, we worked closely with an external design and construction team consisting of ISM Architects, iSPAN Systems, and Bertram Construction (Ontario) Ltd. The building shell is placed on concrete foundations and consists of an iSPAN Total Framing System. Reinforced concrete Form-Walls make up the elevator shaft stair walls.
