In collaboration with Bailey Designs and Studio Hoffman, we proudly serve as the Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical Engineers of Record for a remarkable project. This transformative endeavor involves a 30,000-sq.ft. interior renovation, along with a 350-sq.ft. entrance addition. Our expertise in structural engineering includes OWSJ reinforcing to support new mechanical units, while our mechanical engineering team skillfully reworks the existing plumbing to accommodate new washrooms. Additionally, our electrical design incorporates provisions for a generator-ready system, ensuring reliable power supply.
